This page explains how to delete the data associated with your Facebook and Instagram accounts when connected to Family Fun Video through our social publishing tool (powered by Postiz).
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we store only what is needed to publish on your behalf:
We do not store your Facebook password or your private messages.
This immediately revokes the stored access token and deletes the connection record from our system.
If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@familyfunvideo.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and tell us which Facebook Page or Instagram account to remove. We will delete the stored access tokens and connection metadata and confirm by email, within 30 days of your request.
You can also revoke our access directly from Meta at any time: in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Family Fun Video, and remove it. Once access is revoked, the stored token can no longer be used, and the associated connection data is removed.
